Hampton South Homeowner's Association By-Laws and Restrictive Covenants requires that before any major modifications can be made to the exterior of any residence, approval by the Architectural Review Committee is required. 

Hampton South's Architectural Review Committee is composed of the President and the Architectural Committee Chairperson. 

The purpose of the review process is to assure every effort is made for Hampton South to maintain property values.
